Grow Michigan, LLC is a private investment fund established in 2012 in partnership with the Michigan Strategic Fund (MSF) and leading Michigan banks. Its mission is to provide attractively-priced and structured subordinated debt to support the growth of small to medium-sized businesses throughout the state of Michigan. The fund acts as a partner to senior lenders, filling a gap in the capital structure to help companies expand, acquire, or recapitalize.
