Founded in 1995 by Massimo Gianolli, Generalfinance is a specialized financial institution focused on providing factoring services to Italian companies, particularly those experiencing financial distress or undergoing restructuring ("turnaround" situations). The company offers tailored solutions to improve corporate cash flow and working capital management by purchasing trade receivables (factoring), both with and without recourse. Since November 2021, Generalfinance has been listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of the Italian Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana).
