The company operated as a retail brokerage providing online trading services in CFDs across multiple asset classes, including forex, indices, commodities, and stocks. The firm was regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) but faced numerous regulatory actions from European authorities due to its aggressive sales tactics and compliance failures. In November 2021, Finteractive Ltd renounced its CySEC license, and the FXVC brand ceased all operations.
