Fondo Pensione Nazionale BCC/CRA is a negotiated pension fund (fondo pensione negoziale) established in 1998 through collective bargaining. Its mission is to manage the contributions of its members—employees of the Cooperative Credit Banks and Rural and Artisan Banks in Italy—to provide them with a supplementary pension in addition to the state pension. The fund invests member contributions across different investment compartments with varying risk-return profiles, aiming to build long-term value for a secure retirement. It is supervised by the Italian pension fund authority, COVIP.
