Originally established as FCA-Group Bank Polska S.A., the company is the Polish branch of the Italian-based CA Auto Bank S.p.A. This entity is a joint venture between Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance and Stellantis. The bank specializes in the automotive sector, offering a comprehensive range of financial and insurance products, including loans, leasing, and dealer financing. Following the creation of CA Auto Bank in early 2023, the Polish branch was rebranded to align with the new group's multi-brand strategy, expanding its services beyond the former FCA brands to support a wider array of automotive manufacturers.
