Founded in 2016 in Berlin, Elinvar's mission was to connect the ecosystem of wealth and asset management by enabling partners like private banks and discretionary portfolio managers to digitalize their business models. The company provided a comprehensive white-label platform that covered the entire value chain, including client onboarding, digital portfolio management, reporting, and communication, allowing financial institutions to offer their clients modern, digital-first services. In May 2022, Elinvar was acquired by the technology and consulting company LPA. However, despite the acquisition, Elinvar GmbH filed for insolvency in October 2023 and subsequently discontinued its business operations.
