Founded in 1999, Elderstreet Investments was a prominent venture capital firm in the United Kingdom, specializing in providing growth capital to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The firm managed several Venture Capital Trusts (VCTs) and focused on backing ambitious management teams to build successful companies. In 2016, Elderstreet was acquired by Draper Esprit, a larger European venture capital firm, to expand its VCT business. The Elderstreet brand was phased out, and in 2021, Draper Esprit rebranded to become Molten Ventures plc, which continues the mission of backing and scaling Europe's most visionary technology companies.
