Direct FX
Information by Research TrustFinance
Founded in 2012, Direct FX was an Australian foreign exchange broker that provided online trading services to retail and institutional clients. The company operated on an Electronic Communication Network (ECN) model, aiming to offer tight spreads and fast execution by sourcing liquidity from top-tier providers. It was regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). In August 2015, the company's client base and operations were acquired by FXCM's Australian subsidiary, FXCM Australia Limited, and its brand was subsequently phased out as clients were migrated to the FXCM platform.
