Founded in 1995, Cynergy Data, LLC was a prominent payment processor and merchant services provider based in Long Island City, New York. The company specialized in offering credit and debit card processing, check services, gift and loyalty card programs, and terminal management solutions. It served a wide range of merchants through a network of Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) and direct sales channels. In 2014, Cynergy Data was acquired by Priority Payment Systems (now part of Priority Technology Holdings, Inc.), a leading payment technology company. Following the acquisition, Cynergy Data's operations, technology, and merchant portfolios were merged into Priority's platform, and it ceased to exist as an independent brand.
