The company claimed to have a team of expert traders who would pool client funds (primarily BTC, ETH, and USDT) and use them in high-frequency trading and staking activities to generate profits. These profits were then allegedly distributed back to the investors as a high-yield passive income stream. The platform operated for several years before abruptly freezing all withdrawals in March 2023 and subsequently collapsing, leading to significant financial losses for its users and numerous accusations of being a fraudulent Ponzi scheme.
