Founded in 1974, The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) is a nonprofit affordable housing and community revitalization finance company. CPC's mission is to provide stable capital to underserved communities, offering a full suite of flexible lending products for the acquisition, construction, and rehabilitation of multifamily properties. As a U.S. Treasury-certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), CPC partners with government agencies, private investors, and developers to create and preserve affordable and sustainable housing.
