In 2018, Cole Capital was acquired by CIM Group, a community-focused real estate and infrastructure owner, operator, lender, and developer. Following the acquisition, the Cole Capital platform and its team were integrated into CIM, which now manages the legacy Cole-sponsored REITs and continues to offer real estate investment products.
