Club Italia Investimenti 2 S.p.A. (CII2) was an Italian investment vehicle, often referred to as a "pre-booking company," designed to raise capital through an IPO to invest in a single, high-potential, unlisted Italian company. Promoted by a group of professionals from finance and industry, CII2 was successfully listed on the AIM Italia market (now Euronext Growth Milan) in July 2016. Its mission was to identify a target company for a "business combination," providing it with capital for growth and access to the stock market. In 2017, the company successfully completed its objective by merging with Digital Magics S.p.A., a leading digital startup incubator. Following the merger, Club Italia Investimenti 2 ceased to exist as an independent entity.
