The company's mission was to provide innovative lending solutions for borrowers with unique credit profiles who did not meet the strict criteria for traditional agency loans. In January 2020, to better reflect its expanded product offerings and market position, the company underwent a comprehensive rebranding and now operates as Acra Lending. The original Citadel Servicing Corp. entity has since been merged into the new corporate structure.
