Cedar Oxygen is a fund established to address the liquidity crisis in Lebanon by providing essential financing to the country's industrial sector. Its mission is to support Lebanese industrial SMEs with significant export potential, thereby generating a positive impact on Lebanon's balance of payments. The fund, domiciled in Luxembourg and regulated as a Reserved Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF), aims to attract capital from development financial institutions and private investors to fuel the productive economy, create jobs, and foster sustainable growth in Lebanon.
