On February 1, 2021, Bridge Bancorp, Inc., the parent company of BNB, completed a merger of equals with Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. The combined entity now operates under the name Dime Community Bank, continuing the mission of being a premier community commercial bank for businesses and individuals across the region.
