Founded in Amsterdam in 2017, Blockport aimed to bridge the gap between traditional finance and the digital asset economy. Its mission was to create an intuitive, secure, and social trading platform for both novice and experienced users. The platform featured a social component, allowing users to follow and copy the trades of others. After facing financial difficulties, Blockport B.V. was acquired by the European neobroker BUX in January 2020 and its services were integrated and rebranded into what became BUX Crypto.
