Established on October 11, 2012, Bank of Guizhou was formed through the merger of three local city commercial banks: Zunyi City Commercial Bank, Liupanshui City Commercial Bank, and Anshun City Commercial Bank. It is the sole provincial city commercial bank in Guizhou Province. The bank was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 30, 2019 (Stock Code: 6199.HK). Its mission is to serve the local economy, small and micro-enterprises, and "Sannong" (agriculture, rural areas, and farmers), positioning itself as a key financial institution driving the economic development of Guizhou.
