Established in Egypt in 2006 as a subsidiary of the Lebanese Bank Audi Group, Bank Audi S.A.E. grew to become a significant player in the Egyptian banking sector. It offered a full suite of services including Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Private Banking, and Retail Banking. In 2021, First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) completed the acquisition of 100% of Bank Audi S.A.E.'s share capital, and the entity is now operating as part of FAB Misr, the new brand for FAB's operations in Egypt.
