i traded on the xm platforms for some time (both mt4/5), deposited around $2000 and opened trades monthly, rarely daily (oil), satisfied mostly but sometimes spreads can change, in other regards quite consisetnt platfoms

spreads not always steady - can go beyond what you'd exepct
