Reviewed to Capex Private

When I first was talking to Capex Private, they would respond in an hour. I then paid a $10000 fee for them to secure funding and immediately communication became sporadic. They claimed they could finance my development but couldn’t secure a valuer. They then stopped answering calls and emails. When I tracked down the Director and asked for a refund, he referred me to the ‘fine print’ which says they can stop efforts at any stage and simply keep your money. It’s a rort.
