It is a subsidiary of the publicly listed Xinhu Zhongbao Co., Ltd. The company provides a wide range of financial services, including commodity futures brokerage, financial futures brokerage, futures investment consulting, and asset management. It is a full member of the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE), Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE), Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (ZCE), and a trading and clearing member of the China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFEX).
