Founded in 1970, Worldwide Facilities, LLC was one of the largest wholesale insurance brokerage companies in the United States. The company specialized in providing a wide range of specialty insurance products, including property, casualty, professional liability, and workers' compensation, to retail insurance agents and brokers. In April 2021, Worldwide Facilities was acquired by Amwins Group, Inc., a leading global specialty insurance distributor. The merger combined two of the largest players in the wholesale insurance market, and the Worldwide Facilities brand and operations have since been fully integrated into the Amwins platform.
