Unlisted Securities Exchange (USX) is a New Zealand-based financial product market licensed by the Financial Markets Authority (FMA). Established in 2003, USX provides a cost-effective and simplified listing and trading platform for small to medium-sized New Zealand companies. Its mission is to offer a stepping stone for businesses to raise capital and grow, while also providing investors with access to trade securities in companies that are not listed on the main NZX board. The platform facilitates both primary capital raising and secondary trading of shares, bonds, and other financial products.
