The Ukrainian Centre for OTC Financial Instruments and Technologies Development (UCRFIN) was established in 2013 as a self-regulatory organization (SRO) by leading forex companies operating in Ukraine. Its primary mission is to unite market participants to create a transparent, regulated, and civilized environment for the off-exchange financial markets. UCRFIN focuses on developing industry standards, certifying its members, creating a compensation fund, providing an independent arbitration service for dispute resolution, and protecting the rights and interests of clients and investors.
