Two River Financial Services LLC was a subsidiary of Two River Bancorp, the parent company of Two River Community Bank. Founded in 2000, the bank provided a full suite of personal and commercial banking services, including deposits, loans, and wealth management, primarily serving communities across Monmouth, Middlesex, Ocean, and Union counties in New Jersey. The company focused on building strong customer relationships through a community-oriented banking model. In January 2020, Two River Bancorp was officially acquired by OceanFirst Financial Corp., and all its operations, including its financial services, were merged and rebranded under the OceanFirst Bank name.
