The Turkey Sustainable Energy Financing Facility (TurSEFF) is a program established by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in 2010. It is dedicated to providing financing, through local partner banks, for private sector investments in energy efficiency and renewable energy projects across Turkey. In addition to credit lines, TurSEFF offers free technical assistance from a team of international and local experts to help companies develop and implement their sustainable energy projects. The facility is funded by the EBRD, the Clean Technology Fund (CTF), and the European Union (EU), aiming to enhance Turkey's energy security, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and promote a green economy.
