Chartered in 1960, Tewksbury Federal Credit Union (TFCU) is a community-based financial institution dedicated to serving its members. As a not-for-profit cooperative, its mission is to provide a full range of personal financial services, including savings and checking accounts, loans, and mortgages, at fair and reasonable costs. Unlike a traditional bank, its profits are returned to members in the form of lower loan rates, higher savings dividends, and improved services. Membership is open to individuals who live, work, worship, or attend school in the towns of Tewksbury and Wilmington, Massachusetts, as well as employees of select partner companies.
