Its mission is to accelerate the city's transition to a sustainable, net-zero future by financing and investing in projects that deliver positive environmental outcomes. SMF works with building owners, businesses, and investors to develop and fund a range of sustainability-focused initiatives, including energy efficiency upgrades, renewable energy installations, and water conservation projects.
