The State Fund for Development of Information Technologies was a government entity established on March 15, 2012, under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Its primary mission was to foster the growth of the ICT industry in Azerbaijan by providing financial support through preferential loans, grants, and equity investments. The fund targeted startups, research and development projects, and innovative initiatives to enhance the country's technological capabilities and competitiveness. On November 5, 2021, the fund was liquidated by presidential decree, and its functions and assets were transferred to the newly formed Innovation and Digital Development Agency (İRİA).
