Founded in 1990 as the Stable Value Investment Association (SVIA), the organization rebranded to the Stable Value Association (SVA) in 2022. It is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating retirement plan sponsors, participants, and the public on the benefits of stable value funds. The SVA provides a forum for its members—which include stable value managers, issuers, and service providers—to exchange information and ideas, and it represents the industry's interests in Washington, D.C.
