In February 2019, Roger Bouchard Insurance was acquired by Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC (MMA), a subsidiary of Marsh, to serve as its primary hub for the Florida market, expanding its resources and geographic reach while continuing to operate from its existing locations under the new brand.
