Established in 1997, PT Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) is a joint venture company between Mitsui & Co., Ltd., Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd., PT Ciptadana Capital, and PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk. Initially focused on financing for new Yamaha motorcycles, BAF has since expanded its services to include financing for used motorcycles, cars, electronics, home appliances, and agricultural machinery, as well as Sharia-based financing. The company is licensed and supervised by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) and aims to be the primary financial solution for the community.
