The business model functioned as a multi-level marketing (MLM) and money game scheme, requiring members to recruit others to earn commissions. In early 2022, Indonesia's Investment Alert Task Force (Satgas Waspada Investasi - SWI), under the Financial Services Authority (OJK), officially declared the company's activities illegal. They were found to be operating without the required licenses and engaging in a fraudulent Ponzi scheme. Consequently, the authorities ordered the company to cease its operations and blocked its websites and applications.
