Pensare Acquisition Corp was a blank check company, also known as a SPAC, incorporated in Delaware. It was formed by a management team led by Chairman Larry Mock and CEO Darrell J. Mays. The company completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in July 2017, listing on the NASDAQ under the ticker "WRLS", with the intention of acquiring a company in the wireless telecommunications, technology, or media sectors. In January 2021, Pensare completed its business combination with CMG Partners, Inc. (Caliva) and Left Coast Ventures, Inc. to form TPCO Holding Corp. (The Parent Company). Following the merger, Pensare Acquisition Corp. ceased its independent operations and is no longer a publicly traded entity.
