Founded in 2016, PAYFAZZ is a financial technology company focused on empowering Indonesia's unbanked and underbanked population. It operates through an extensive O2O (online-to-offline) agent network, enabling traditional small businesses and kiosks (warungs) to become financial access points for their communities. Through the PAYFAZZ application, agents can offer services such as bill payments, mobile phone top-ups, money transfers, and access to other digital financial products. In 2021, PAYFAZZ merged with the Singapore-based fintech Xfers to form Fazz Financial Group (now Fazz), a larger entity aimed at providing a full suite of financial services for businesses across Southeast Asia.
