Pareto Network Ltd launched in 2017 as a peer-to-peer financial content marketplace built on the Ethereum blockchain. Its mission was to provide a mechanism for creators of financial information to be compensated for their valuable insights and for traders to access that information. The ecosystem was powered by its native ERC-20 token, PARETO, which was used to reward content providers and for subscribers to access the intelligence. The project conducted an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) but later faced regulatory action from the U.S. SEC, and project activity has since ceased.
