Founded in 2008, Novacao Corretora de Valores, S.A. was a Brazilian financial institution focused on providing brokerage services for retail and institutional clients. The company offered access to trade a variety of financial instruments on the Brazilian stock exchange, including stocks, options, and futures contracts. In a strategic move to expand its retail investment platform, Banco BTG Pactual S.A. acquired Novacao in 2009.
