Its primary operations consisted of a food service division that supplied goods to restaurants, schools, and healthcare facilities, and a chain of local convenience stores. In May 2018, the company ceased independent operations as its assets were sold off. The food service division was acquired by N.H. Scheppers Distributing Company, while the convenience store locations were acquired by Niemann Foods, Inc.
