NeighborWorks Columbus is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that helps individuals and families build wealth and strengthen communities through sustainable homeownership. Since its founding, the organization has focused on revitalizing at-risk neighborhoods by providing critical services such as homebuyer education, financial coaching, down payment assistance, and foreclosure prevention counseling. In addition to empowering aspiring homeowners, NeighborWorks Columbus also develops and manages affordable rental properties and constructs new, high-quality single-family homes to increase the local housing supply.
