Founded in 2021, Nederlands Hypotheek Fonds (NHF) is an asset manager focused on managing investment funds that invest directly in Dutch residential mortgages. It is an initiative of Tulp Hypotheken and TwentyFour Asset Management. NHF's mission is to provide Dutch pension funds and other institutional investors with a transparent and efficient way to gain exposure to the Dutch mortgage market, offering an alternative to traditional fixed-income investments. The company is registered with and regulated by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
