Founded in 1982, the National Investment Banking Association (NIBA) is the premier national, not-for-profit organization for investment banking professionals. Its mission is to support its members in the micro-cap and small-cap markets by providing a platform for networking, professional education, and legislative and regulatory advocacy. NIBA hosts several conferences each year, which are major forums for members of the investment banking community and small-cap, publicly-traded companies to connect, exchange ideas, and facilitate capital formation.
