Founded in 1967 in Modica, Italy, by Giovanni Spadola, Caffè Moak started as a small provincial coffee roasting company. It has since grown into Moak Holding S.p.A., an internationally recognized brand present in over 50 countries. The company manages the entire coffee production chain, from sourcing raw beans to roasting, packaging, and distribution. Its mission is to spread the culture of quality espresso worldwide, combining tradition with innovation in its processes and product offerings, which include coffee blends, single-origin coffees, and professional training through its academy.
