The Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation is a quasi-public agency of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts established in 2010. Its mission is to create and preserve jobs and promote economic growth by providing financial products and services to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and non-profits that are not able to access sufficient capital from traditional lenders. MGCC focuses on supporting women, minority, immigrant, and veteran-owned businesses, as well as businesses in underserved communities, through a combination of working capital loans, loan guarantees, and expert technical assistance.
