Established in 1994, Lubelska Fundacja Rozwoju (Lublin Development Foundation) is a non-profit organization focused on stimulating the economic growth of the Lublin Voivodeship in Poland. Its mission is to support micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) by providing accessible financing instruments, advisory services, and training. As a key regional development institution, LFR offers a range of services including preferential loans, loan guarantees, and assistance in obtaining grants and subsidies. It is a part of the National System of Services (KSU) and collaborates with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) to implement national and regional development programs.
