LeasePlan Norge AS is the Norwegian branch of the global Car-as-a-Service company, LeasePlan. It specializes in operational leasing and fleet management for businesses of all sizes, handling the entire life cycle of vehicles from procurement and financing to maintenance and resale. In early 2023, LeasePlan was acquired by ALD Automotive, creating a leading global sustainable mobility player. The combined entity operates under the new global brand name Ayvens, and the Norwegian operations of both ALD and LeasePlan are in the process of rebranding to Ayvens.
