Established on 15 February 1996 under the Labuan Financial Services Authority Act 1996, Labuan FSA is the single regulatory body for the Labuan International Business and Financial Centre (Labuan IBFC) in Malaysia. Its primary mission is to develop and administer Labuan IBFC as a premier international business and financial hub, licensing and regulating the entities operating within it. Labuan FSA ensures that these licensed entities adhere to high standards of conduct, maintain financial stability, and comply with both domestic and international best practices and standards.
