Founded in 1907 by C.H. Klein in Chaska, Minnesota, KleinBank was a prominent, family-owned community bank for four generations. The bank was dedicated to serving the financial needs of local individuals, families, and businesses, offering a range of services including personal and business banking, mortgage lending, and wealth management. With a strong focus on community involvement and personalized customer service, it grew to operate over 20 branches. In 2019, KleinBank was acquired by Old National Bancorp in a stock-and-cash transaction, and all of its branches and operations were subsequently rebranded under the Old National Bank name.
