Established on September 22, 2001, the Jiangsu Rural Credit Cooperatives Association is a provincial-level joint-stock financial institution authorized by the Jiangsu Provincial Government. It functions as the administrative and service hub for the province's extensive network of rural credit cooperatives, which have since been restructured into rural commercial banks. The Association's mission is to guide these member institutions in serving agriculture, rural areas, and farmers ("Sannong"), as well as supporting small and micro-enterprises and the local economy. It provides a unified platform for technology, financial products, risk management, and strategic development for all member banks across Jiangsu.
