The International Association of Currency Affairs (IACA) is a non-profit, independent member organization established in 2004. Its mission is to foster dialogue and collaboration between all stakeholders in the currency industry, including central banks, currency-issuing authorities, and suppliers from the private sector (such as printers, mints, and technology providers). IACA provides a neutral platform for industry collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the promotion of best practices in the design, production, and circulation of currency, aiming to ensure that cash remains a secure and efficient means of payment worldwide.
